On October 25, 2025, the TEPCON Cares team came together at Tempe Beach Park to participate in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk—a powerful, non-competitive 5K that honors survivors, supports those currently fighting, and uplifts the caregivers who stand beside them every day.

More than just a walk, the event served as a reminder of the strength found in community and the impact of showing up for one another. Our team proudly walked together, step by step, in support of a cause that touches so many lives.

We are incredibly grateful to our team members who donated their time, energy, and heart to make this event meaningful. Their participation reflects the spirit of TEPCON Cares—standing together, giving back, and supporting causes that matter beyond the jobsite.
