Spreading Holiday Cheer

The TEPCON Cares team was proud to support the Arizona Builders Alliance’s annual Toy Drive, one of the largest toy drives in Arizona and a powerful example of what can happen when an industry comes together for good.

Each year, the construction community across the Valley rallies around a shared goal: making sure children in need throughout the Phoenix area experience the joy, comfort, and excitement of the holiday season. This year was no exception. Our team stepped up by donating toys and spreading the word, knowing that even one gift can make a lasting difference for a child.

In addition to internal donations, we reached out to our trusted partners and the broader community, inviting them to contribute new, unwrapped toys or monetary donations. Every dollar collected went directly toward purchasing additional toys, helping extend the impact even further.

At TEPCON Cares, we believe community involvement is about showing up, lending a hand, and doing our part to brighten lives, especially during the holidays. Supporting the Arizona Builders Alliance Toy Drive is one small way we’re honored to help build more than projects; we’re helping build moments of joy.
